If you can't tell, Anet added this to increase the amount of PvP players and give bored players something to do and work for. I agree with you, on both topics - and i would like to say, probably against the numbers, that i think the introduction of the Zaishen Chest is excellent, and that even though it may drop undesirable items (firewater) i think it is a really good insentive to get people to play more PvP. I was a PvE-er though and though before the chest got added, and being lured in by the prospect of good items form the chest, have really enjoyed playing PvP to gain the faction.

My drops have been just as bad as others:
-2x Firewater
-1x req9 Holy Staff (inscribable)
-1x req13 Pyrewood Staff

Man, crys sword is imo the uglyest skin xD It has low level textures and is just ugly. I prefer way more gothic sword/runic sword skin. But let's stop the OT now

I'm confused. Half of you peeps are saying that you are getting crap from the chest and half are saying it is destroying the economy. Which is it? Use your heads and try to figure it out. Consider two points:

1. The amount of these rare items being seen here or in HIGH END compared to the number of people who have been using the chest. (This is not even taking into consideration the items that drop from no other place put the Zaishen Chest which no one has even gotten yet.)

2. The amount of AT reward points top end GvGers had saved up compared to how much they have now and how long it will take to get that much again. (HINT: the amount of saved reward points from just a single one of these players was in the THOUSANDS where as a key only costs 5.)

Do the math...there will be a pop quiz!

Yeah, at one point there was like a few r9 eternals now there is like hundreds. Either the UW chest is dropping them tons now or its the Zaishen chest
